Strategic in-Company Facility Management consulting, to support the management of special projects and of buildings.
- Due diligence of Facility and General Services: process analysis, evaluation of operations efficiency and effectiveness, organizational fine-tuning, change management.
- Support to Facility Procurement projects: analysis of costs, contracts, specifications; development of outsourcing models and pricing models; outline of SLA’s and contractual formats; setting of KPI’s and reporting systems; design of RFI’s and RFQ’s; management of bidding processes.
- Support to Facility Management for special projects: management of CAPEX projects; design of processes and operating and space management models to fit Company organizational changes (mergers, acquisitions, implementation of new working modes and Smart Working models, etc.).
